This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide our interactions with suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing, fair treatment, a focus on people, and thus, mutual success.

We expect our suppliers to adhere to ethical business practices, including but not limited to:
Compliance with Laws: Suppliers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to their business operations, including labour, environmental, and safety standards.
Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices. Gifts and hospitality must be transparent, modest, and in compliance with local laws.
Fair Competition: Suppliers should compete fairly and honestly in the market, without engaging in anti-competitive behaviour or unfair trade practices.

2. Labour and Human Rights:
We are committed to respecting the rights and well-being of workers throughout our supply chain. Suppliers must adhere to:
No Forced Labour: Suppliers must not use any form of forced or involuntary labour.
No Child Labour: Suppliers must not employ workers who are below the legal working age in their respective jurisdictions.
Non-Discrimination: Suppliers must provide equal opportunities to all employees and not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Fair Treatment: Workers must be treated with dignity and respect, and their working conditions must meet or exceed legal requirements.
