We're pleased to share that we've very proudly retained our Michelin Green Star for 2025!

 

Being named in 2023 was an awesome milestone for our team, and maintaining it reinforces our commitment to the work we do as a regenerative restaurant operation. And we're beyond happy to see another five UK restaurants join us in this pursuit, each proving in their own way that sustainable practices in the kitchen and beyond are not only possible, but very much plausible.

 

The Green Michelin Star is an annual award highlighting “restaurants at the forefront of the industry when it comes to their sustainable practices. They hold themselves accountable for both their ethical and environmental standards … these restaurants offer dining experiences that combine culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments …” 
 

Having our hard work affirmed with this global recognition is an incredible achievement, as we are always working tirelessly to incorporate regenerative practices into every aspect of our operations. We believe that this is not only our responsibility as a business but also as members of the community and stewards of the planet.
